Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate.
  • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
  • The gate hours are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 4pm
    • Sunday: 8am - 2pm
  • Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST.

Property Access

  • All guests must check in at the BRMC's North Gate and receive directions to the home in their arrival packet.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets are permitted.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back.
  • Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • There is level, paved parking for up to 4-5 small/medium vehicles.

  • Community amenities available to you during your stay:

    • Expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The owners of this home use exterior security cameras to monitor the property when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at bedrooms, doors, or windows. One camera is pointed towards the driveway, one is a doorbell camera at the front door, and one is outside the top floor pointing down at the ground.

Construction Notice

  • Blue Ridge Mountain Club is an active community with ongoing construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction is allowed Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day have no construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

  • Guests returning to Mountain Kandy are eligible for a 5% loyalty discount (not to be stacked with any other discounts).
